Warranty Coverage

Make It Lab offers a 2-Year Limited Warranty exclusively for our Heat Press machines. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions for the original purchaser.

If a defect arises within the warranty period, Make It Lab may, at its discretion:

• Provide replacement parts at no cost,
• Repair the defective component, or
• Replace the unit if repair is not feasible.

Photos or videos may be required to validate the defect prior to approval.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents.
• Improper installation or incorrect voltage.
• Cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs, discoloration).
• Normal wear components including:
• Silicone pads
• Teflon sheets
• Heating elements
• Platen protectors
• Units modified or altered without authorization.
• Units used outside of intended purpose.
• Units exported or used with non-US electrical standards.
• Units resold; warranty is non-transferable.

Shipping damage claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

Customer Responsibilities

The original purchaser is responsible for:

• Providing proof of purchase.
• Returning defective components if required.
• Packing items securely for return.
• Shipping costs for inbound warranty claims.

Replacement part outbound shipping may incur charges unless otherwise stated in writing.

Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty becomes void if the heat press:

• Is modified, disassembled, or repaired by unauthorized parties.
• Is damaged by accident, abuse, or improper care.
• Lacks proper maintenance.
• Is used with non-compliant electrical sources or converters.
• Is resold during the warranty period.

Service & Returns

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Customers must contact Make It Lab before sending any unit back.

For service repairs, customers are responsible for round-trip shipping expenses unless otherwise agreed.
